When someone asks you, "what you do after you wake up in the morning?" You sum up by saying, "Brush, clean myself have a coffee and get ready to work!" But really is this all you do; rather, is this all you CAN do every morning? There are more than 4 things you can do every morning, and believe it or not, they are healthy for you if you do them every day!

Here are 10 things you, must do every morning after getting up from the bed.

1. Clean your body

Brushing, bathing, going latrine are must in moring. These acts recharge you and flush out the waste from your body. Also, these acts help in regulating blood circulation inside the body.


2. Make your bed


After getting up from bead don't just crumble the sheet, keep a routine to fold the sheets properly every day. This helps in 2 ways; first, it will help your brain to wake up as your brain will need to concentrate on the foldings, hence, secondly, this will also help in proper brushing of teeth, unlike every day you brush in half-sleep.

3. Drink plenty of water

Ideally, we need 7 to 8 hours of continuous sleep, thus the body is using water from your systems to keep it running. Thus drink plenty of water to refill your systems.

4. Excercise 

Do some kind of exercise by going to the gym or jogging, running, yoga, power yoga, aerobics, Zumba or any other which will burn your fats off and keep you toned. It is proven that exercise in the morning burns more calories than at any other time. 


5. Spend a few minutes with family

Family time is a must in the morning. A few laughs can make your day brighter and happier. If you are away from family, make sure you call them in the morning instead of the evening after returning from work, when you are in a fresh mood.

6. Get out in the sun

Vit D3 is the main reason you have to go out in the sun in the morning! It will also help you reenergized.

7. Have breakfast

Our metabolism works at a peak during the day. Hence you can have a full stomach healthy breakfast and not worry about gaining weight!

8. Make plans

Plan ahead for a day or a weekend getaway in the morning. You will be surprised that your plan will be full-proof without a hassle. This is because in the morning the energy is fresh and bright and so will your brain work.

9. Meditate

 Goodwin says, “Quieting the brain is a time-honoured way to be more creative, more contemplative and more in touch with oneself”. Meditation helps the brain to work more effectively and efficiently hence making your day more productive.

10. Groom well for work

Taking time to groom yourself for work has nothing to do with looking good. It is the confidence you get when you know you are up to date and not worried about no button is missing off your shirt.

Getting up isn't only about going to work on time, it is also about taking care of yourself and family. Remember a good start to a day keeps you cheerfull and positive all day long.
